Strategy with sizzle.
Strategy and production under one roof, so your content actually earns its keep.
We're filmmakers first. We'd pour everything into a video, a shoot, or an event, hand it over, and then watch it sit on a hard drive, get posted once, or launch with no plan behind it. Great content, no real return. Nothing bothered us more.
So we started doing something about it. Our strategy team now works in the same kitchen as our production crew, which means every piece we make leaves with a plan: where it goes, who it reaches, and how we'll know it worked. Nothing gets lost in translation, and nothing gets left on the counter.
Startup budget or Fortune 500 budget — same strategic rigor, same creative care, scaled to fit.

The Marketing Journey
Marketing isn't a checklist you clear top to bottom and forget. Each stage below leans on the one before it — and feeds what comes next. Skip the brand work and your audience research has nothing to aim at. Skip strategy and your launch has no target. Skip measurement and you're guessing forever. Here's how the five stages actually connect.

What We Do
Four disciplines, one team. Pick the course you need, or hand us the whole menu. Either way, it's the same people from brief to final report.

So people recognize you before they see your logo.

Makes the next one land even better.
Why It Works
No handoffs between your ad agency and your production vendor. We're both, under one roof.
Every asset we create is shaped by the strategy behind it, not bolted on after the fact.
The people writing your brief are the same people directing your shoot.
The Weymouth & South Shore Chamber of Commerce needed to introduce a new healthcare destination to the region — with no name, no visual identity, and no story yet told. Midnight Brunch built the brand from the ground up: naming, identity system, founding story, a mayor's-breakfast launch event, and the video and fundraising collateral to carry it into its capital campaign.
MassBio needed State of Possible, its flagship life sciences conference, to feel like more than an event. Midnight Brunch brought storytelling, art direction, graphics, print, and multi-room live production together under one vision, anchored by an award-winning opening film.
Takeda needed a scalable content engine for EOHILIA, not a single video. Midnight Brunch turned its Kendall Square campus into seven purpose-built studios and captured more than 80 video and photo assets in two production days — content designed to support communications for up to two years.
