Midnight Brunch LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities, including those who rely on assistive technology such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, or voice control. We're actively working to make our website usable and welcoming for everyone, and we treat this as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project.
Our Commitment
We aim to align our website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, and we use them as our benchmark for ongoing improvements.
Accessibility Measures We've Taken
Some of the steps we've taken on this website include:
Keyboard navigation. Interactive elements such as menus, filters, and video and photo galleries can be operated using a keyboard alone, with visible focus indicators so you always know where you are on the page.
Descriptive alt text. Images, including client logos and photography, include descriptive alternative text for screen reader users.
Semantic structure. Pages are built with proper heading levels and landmark regions so screen readers and other assistive technology can navigate content in a logical order.
Reduced motion support. Animations and hover effects respect your operating system's "reduce motion" setting, so they can be minimized if motion is uncomfortable or distracting for you.
Color and contrast. We aim for text and interface elements to have sufficient contrast against their backgrounds to be legible for users with low vision or color blindness.
Accessible forms. Form fields include clear labels and error messaging designed to work with assistive technology.
Conformance Status
Accessibility on the web is an ongoing effort, and we don't claim perfect or certified conformance with WCAG 2.1 AA at this time. We're continuing to test, review, and improve this website, and we welcome feedback that helps us identify areas we've missed.
