Meet the Team

A booth, some coffee,
and a big idea.

Three friends, one booth, way too much coffee — and an agency was born.

What Drives Us

We built the agency we always wanted to work for.

Midnight Brunch has grown into a full-service, award-winning production and marketing agency, but our mission hasn't changed. Elevated content. Honest storytelling. Clients first.

We're filmmakers, photographers, writers, musicians, and marketers. We've worked with bootstrapped startups and billion-dollar brands. The coffee's the same either way.

Any budget. Same care. We don't save the good stuff for the big budgets. Every project gets our best.
Resourceful by nature

Our Story

From a diner booth to a full studio.

Midnight Brunch became official in 2019, but it really started a few years earlier somewhere on 95.

Back then we were three filmmakers going back and forth between New York and Boston for shoots. Most of those drives started before sunrise and ended long after dark. You can only go so many hours on gas station coffee, so we started pulling off at whatever diner still had its lights on. Sometimes that was 11 p.m. More often it was well past midnight.

We’d slide into a booth, order pancakes at an hour when nobody should be ordering pancakes, and talk shop. What worked on set that day. What didn’t. The projects we wished we were making, and the kind of company we wished we were making them for. Every conversation left us buzzing with ideas (and caffeine, lots of caffeine).

Somewhere between the bottomless refills and the drive home, the idea got too good to ignore. We’d each seen plenty of content made on autopilot: generic, rushed and missing the heart of the client’s story. We knew that if we put our talents, backgrounds and stubborn creative streaks together, we could build the studio we’d always wanted to work for. One that treats collaboration as the main ingredient, not a garnish.

So we did, and we named it after the meal that started it all.

Since then, Midnight Brunch has grown from a booth-side idea into a full-service, award-winning video production + marketing agency. Today we offer commercial and documentary work, events + livestreams, photography, post-production and full-scale campaigns. The menu has gotten bigger, but the recipe hasn’t changed: honest storytelling, real collaboration and you, the client, at the center of every frame.

Pull up a seat. The coffee (or a cocktail) is on us.
