Most of what we do is project-based, and that's by design. We're a tight core crew of filmmakers, photographers, editors, motion designers, and marketers, backed by a deep bench of trusted freelancers we bring in on nearly every job. That bench is always open to the right talent.
We hire full-time when the right role comes along, but freelance gigs are where most of our work happens, and where we're always looking to meet great people.
Who We Look For
Talented people who care about the craft.
We don't save the good stuff for the big budgets, and we don't work with people who do either. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just hitting your stride, if you bring craft, reliability, and a good attitude to every project, we want to know you.
We work across video, events, photography, and marketing, so we're always looking for specialists who go deep, not generalists who go wide. Most roles below are project-based gigs, not full-time positions — that's where the bulk of our work lives.
