Meet the Team
A booth, some coffee,
and a big idea.
Three friends, one booth, way too much coffee — and an agency was born.
What Drives Us
We built the agency we always wanted to work for.
Midnight Brunch has grown into a full-service, award-winning production and marketing agency, but our mission hasn't changed. Elevated content. Honest storytelling. Clients first.
We're filmmakers, photographers, writers, musicians, and marketers. We've worked with bootstrapped startups and billion-dollar brands. The coffee's the same either way.
Community + Giving Back
We love supporting organizations doing good.

Award-winning Work.
Real-world results.
We don't do this for the awards, but they do look nice on the shelf!
From a diner booth to a full studio.
Midnight Brunch became official in 2019, but it really started a few years earlier somewhere on 95.
Back then we were three filmmakers going back and forth between New York and Boston for shoots. Most of those drives started before sunrise and ended long after dark. You can only go so many hours on gas station coffee, so we started pulling off at whatever diner still had its lights on. Sometimes that was 11 p.m. More often it was well past midnight.
We’d slide into a booth, order pancakes at an hour when nobody should be ordering pancakes, and talk shop. What worked on set that day. What didn’t. The projects we wished we were making, and the kind of company we wished we were making them for. Every conversation left us buzzing with ideas (and caffeine, lots of caffeine).
Somewhere between the bottomless refills and the drive home, the idea got too good to ignore. We’d each seen plenty of content made on autopilot: generic, rushed and missing the heart of the client’s story. We knew that if we put our talents, backgrounds and stubborn creative streaks together, we could build the studio we’d always wanted to work for. One that treats collaboration as the main ingredient, not a garnish.
So we did, and we named it after the meal that started it all.
Since then, Midnight Brunch has grown from a booth-side idea into a full-service, award-winning video production + marketing agency. Today we offer commercial and documentary work, events + livestreams, photography, post-production and full-scale campaigns. The menu has gotten bigger, but the recipe hasn’t changed: honest storytelling, real collaboration and you, the client, at the center of every frame.
Pull up a seat. The coffee (or a cocktail) is on us.

Matthew Parola
Founder, Executive Producer + Creative
Matt's love for storytelling brews from youthful Friday movie nights at the theatre with family and friends. He blends 15 years of experience producing commercials, videos, and documentaries with a drive for everything to be the best. When he's not working (ha!), you'll find him skiing, watching movies, enjoying food, and, of course, drinking coffee.

Scott Brawn
Content Specialist
Scott can't remember a time when he wasn't making films and telling stories with his friends. With 8 years of experience, his passions include recording and mastering audio, producing, directing, and running film sets as 1st assistant director. When he's not mixing sound, he's dabbling in practical effects — he loves those 80s-90s creature features.

Liliana Senecal
Production Specialist
Lili has surrounded herself with visual arts since childhood, spending summers making short films with friends before landing behind the camera for good. With four years and counting of on-set knowledge, there's no project too big or too small. Off set, she's usually with family, friends, or her pet bunny, Toffee.

Samantha Doucette
Lead Editor
Growing up, Sam was always captivated by watching the "behind the scenes" on DVDs, which led her to experience every side of production — but editing stole her heart. When not buried in a project, you'll find her collecting houseplants or camping in the mountains.

Tom Stift
Editor
From building worlds with Legos to shaping stories through film, Tom has always been drawn to creating. That passion evolved into a career in video editing, where he combines technical expertise with a storyteller's mindset — because for Tom, editing isn't just cutting clips, it's connecting audiences to compelling stories.

Maicon Domingos
Motion Graphics
Maicon, a professional in motion design, is dedicated to visual artistry in every project he undertakes. When not immersed in animation work, he can be found on his motorcycle, traveling over 100km to enjoy a coffee in another city.
