We use our @kitchenaidUSA #kitchenaid mixer for EVERY event. Makes preparing large quantities easier, especially dessert and sauces. :)

Midnight Brunch Pop Up Cocktail Hour in New Orleans with Whiskey Tango Foxtrot. Founder @ecava & longtime friend & bartender Max Messier. This is when Emily met Brooklyn Gin, and they've been a cocktail partner ever since.

First site visit for Midnight Brunch in Jan. 2011. The brownstone, located in Brooklyn's historic Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood, had gorgeous architectural details upstairs with a hidden hip hop style party room downstairs.
This was the first-ever product tasting for Midnight Brunch. Arik of Fidencio Mezcal brought all the bottlings to founder @ecava's apt. and they decided to debut Clasico, a Mezcal that wasn't even in stores yet.
The Dutch (Antilles) Breakfast Martini, created by Brett Martino & Hal Wolin for @MidnightBrunch #1. Bols Genever, Dolin Dry, Mathilde Creme de Peche, Bitter Truth Celery bitters, applewood smoked bacon rim. #cocktails #midnightbrunch #supperclub
